b. County of Santa Barbara Minor LCP Amendment No. 4-STB-13-0212-1-Part B (Cottage Food Operations). Public hearing and action on request by the County of Santa Barbara to amend its certified Coastal Zoning Ordinance to add regulations regarding home occupations that qualify as cottage food operations and specify that in-home retail sales are regulated as home occupations. (AG-V) [APPROVED]

c. County of Santa Barbara LCP Amendment No. 4-STB-13-0211-1-Part A (Time Extension). Public hearing and action to extend the time limit for action for one year on the County of Santa Barbara’s request to amend its certified Coastal Zoning Ordinance to implement new regulations and development standards for agricultural buffers between new non-agricultural development and agricultural uses for specified discretionary projects.
