TThe California Coastal Commission, State Water Resources Control Board, and other state agencies have identified 52 Management Measures to address nonpoint source (NPS) pollution of State waters. The NPS Management Measures consist of a suite of plans, practices, technologies, operating methods, or other measures that may be used in combination to control NPS pollution.
